Join Pawsey and others for this Hub event – a virtual training followed by in-person discussion.
As a Hub (hybrid) event, we will view the virtual training together, then discuss it in-person over light snacks and refreshments. There is no cost for this event.
The virtual training, led by Rowland Mosbergen, discusses how to get more diversity into your (senior leadership) team and to retain that diversity.
In this direct and frank discussion, Rowland will talk about:
1. microaggressions and the cumulative effects they have on careers
2. why being neutral isn’t going to change anything
3. practical tips on how to improve recruitment and onboarding
4. how this has worked in previous situations
The initial session will be similar to and build on the concepts discussed in the video presentation “Capability Maturity Model for Diversity in Organisations”.
