Pawsey Work Experience Call for Students

Did you know…

  • That Perth will soon be home to the most powerful supercomputer in the Southern Hemisphere?
  • That there is AMAZING science and research being done right here in Perth and up the road, in the Murchison?
  • That teleportation is “a thing”?
  • That you have a “personal brand” that is uniquely yours?
  • And, that all these things can be discussed in a day?

Join us at Pawsey to hear more. We have a few spots open for students (Years 10, 11, 12) to join us on July 6.

Highlights for the day include:

  • Discussing Quantum – which includes meeting a Quantum Researcher and playing quantum games.
  • Learning about the research being done at Pawsey – which includes a tour of Pawsey’s new Visualisation Lab.
  • Mapping your interests and aspirations – which includes an opportunity to have a brief “personal brand” filming session.

This event is being held in-person on July 6, at the ARRC building, 26 Dick Perry Avenue, Kensington, WA: 9:30am – 4:00pm.

There is no cost for this event.
