Scoping Pawsey speed

This was an initial scoping study to assess Magnus's theoretical speed and a realistic value for throughput. The underlying project involves studying the spatio-temporal spread of mosquitoes. The software MOOSE was used, which is an MPI-parallelised finite-element solver.
