The Challenge
In this project I investigate the role of epigenetic modifications on plant resistance response.
The Solution
Here, we investigate a novel regulatory mechanisms of defense mechanisms which can be used by breeders in combination with traditional disease management method to improve crop resistance and minimize yield losses.
The Outcome
The experiment was conducted on a whole genome level and without a server like Pawsey Supercomputing Centre it is almost impossible to conduct the data analysis. Pawsey provides the platform for data analysis.
