Dedicated time from Supercomputing experts to boost researchers projects

The Pawsey Uptake Project call is now closed, with more than 20 applicants, the review panel has started working to identify the successful candidates.

The focus of these uptake projects is to improve the performance of applications that use or potentially could make use of the Pawsey Supercomputing Centre compute resources. These initiative aims to upskill researchers and accelerate their outcomes by ensuring more effective and efficient use of the resources available.

During three months the selected projects will have access to a dedicated Pawsey expert’s time (up to 0.25 FTE over three months) to collaborate in the improvement of the capability of research applications used on Pawsey Supercomputing Centre compute resources.

Applications are currently in the review process, and the outcomes will be announced later this month.
